Fundraising Committee:

The purpose of the Fundraising Committee is to create and maintain relationships with sponsors, research new fundraising opportunities, oversee fundraising event planning and implementation, apply for relevant grants, and insure all fundraising goals set by the organization are met and funds raised are used to further promote and expand the mission of TRYP.

Professional Development Committee:

The purpose of the Professional Development Workshop Committee is to Plan and Execute our monthly Professional Development Workshops, create Scholarship opportunities for our members, and create a Civic Engagement Program.

Marketing Committee:

The purpose of the Marketing Committee is to handle all Event PR, Social Media, Update the Website and Blog, work with the Tahoe Daily Tribune on the “Young Pros Weigh In” monthly article, create Newsletters, and schedule TV and Radio Interviews.

Membership Committee:

The purpose of the Member Relations Committee is to plan and execute our monthly Mixers, monitor and maintain Membership, create Member Outings, and communicate Volunteer Opportunities.

Civic Engagement Committee: 

The purpose of the Civic Engagement Committee is to inform and educate people about elections, measures, ordinances and more affecting Lake Tahoe. TRYP makes our best effort to remain unbiased on all topics. Please email us if there is a topic of interest you believe we should know about.
